The Olympics open in Athens
amid a row over drugs. Two Greek star athletes, Kostas Kenteris
and Katerina Thanou, miss a drug test in the Olympic Village on
Aug 12. The investigation by the Greek prosecutors is one of many
that Kenteris is facing. The two others are one by the IOC - through
their disciplinary commission - and one by the International Association
of Athletics Federations. The IOC is set to issue a verdict today.
Their prospects look bleak. What's more, nobody seems to be turning
out to watch the Games.
